Registering for Fall 2012
Preschool & Out of School Care

You must re-register to ensure your child has a spot for Sept 2012. Please note the following schedule to help make this process as smooth as possible.

CURRENT STUDENTS

Preschool:

  • Register in person at our Regan Ave Location - Monday, Feb 20th 2012 - 9:00AM - 1:00PM.
  • Any registrations made after the 20th, must be made at our Office (2600 Austin Ave) only, and will be considered on a "first come, first served" basis.
  • All registrations must include a Registration form, Registration Fee and a post-dated cheque date for August 1st, 2012. We will then follow-up by phone to confirm your spot. We will not accept any registrations given to teachers.

Out of School Care:

  • Registration begins on Tuesday, February 21st 2012 at 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM OR 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM. For Austin registrations go to the Austin Location and for Regan Registrations go to the Regan Location. Registrations will be ongoing, but we will be considered on a "first come, first served" basis. Registration can be done with the OSC Teachers in either the Austin or Regan locations.
  • All registrations must include a Registration form, Registration Fee and a post-dated cheque dated for August 1st, 2012. We will then follow-up by phone to confirm your spot.
  • After August 1st, your September fee wll not be returned if a cancellation is necessary.

RETURNING STUDENTS AND SIBLINGS

February 27 - 29th 2012:

  • Please drop registration form, registration fee and a post-dated check for August 1st, 2012 at our Office (2600 Austin Ave). Registrations will be considered on a "first come, first served" basis. We will then follow-up by phone to confirm your spot. We will not accept any registrations given to Teachers at Regan.
  • After August 1st, your September fee will not be returned if cancellation is necessary.

NEW STUDENTS AND GENERAL WAITING LIST

Mar 1st 2012 - ongoing:

  • We will be contacting those on our waiting list in the order names were placed.
  • If you have not already contacted us, please call our office (604-939-2726) and leave your name, phone number and which group you wish your child to attend. We will be contacting you in the order we recieved the phone calls. You will be asked to complete the registration form and bring it along with the registration fee and a post-dated cheque dated for August 1st 2012 at or Office (2600 Austin Ave).
